I wish referee committees. It would be more proactive in making videos like this. In stand, training is basically hours upon hours of foul identification, and whether or not someone should get a card. Certainly important, but to me issues like referee positioning can be clearly demonstrated in video clips, and reinforced. This is also some thing that I see referees not do a great job on.
