Very nice and well planned design and floor plan. You could have added a TNB on the second floor and increasing FA from 3x10 to 4x11 to make it a little bit spacious.

I really like all your video's for the plan and design. It's look like classy and elegant tiny house. Can you pls. make a plan and design for 40 sqm lot with a garage, kitchen and Toilet & Bath in the 1st floor, living room and dining area at 2nd floor and 3 bed rooms (1 is the master bedroom, 2nd is my daugther room & 3rd is my son room) w/ 1 Toilet & Bath also in the 3rd floor and rooftop on the last floor. Roof in the back is a bad idea since it directs the rain right inside the back which causes the water to pile up and make the first floor a literal pool
