Diversifying Pride celebrations in Pittsburgh

Pride Month celebrations are right around the corner.

"Countless" number of people? No. "Roots of pride"? One of the 7 deadly sins made famous by Satan as he was so full of himself that he wanted to be 'like the Most High'. Pride IS NOT a virtue. Humility IS a virtue. We acknowledge our Heavenly Father, our Creator, as the Author of life, as the source of our individual gifts and of our God-given rights. True, Satan IS the god of this earth and a great many worship him and the trappings of this fallen world, but as a follower of Jesus Christ, our citizenship is in Heaven.
BTW, the TRUE celebration in the month of June (and always) is the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ, who through His sacrificial death and resurrection freed us from eternal damnation and invites us into a glorious eternity. Human pride? No. Humility and acceptance of the gift of salvation through Jesus? YES!

Now if they put that energy into conversion therapy, the world would be a much better place. Imagine a world in which everyone would be who God created them to be, instead of chasing some fad and most likely hurting themselves eventually. You will NEVER have joy in this life frighting against God"s will.
