“Their Redeemer is strong, יהוה of hosts is His Name. He shall strongly plead their case, so as to give rest to the land, but unrest to the inhabitants of Baḇel.

It actually makes sense that you are all red rabbi because that way when you were lurning to to do what yeaway wanted you to do and be you would only be interested in what he wanted and not what others wanted.

Rabbi...we are enjoying your teachings and have for a long time...but why is it that your teachings have the last year or so turned to be more and more teaching about vertical authority than teaching what the Torah studies are about... You are a good teacher and a knowledgable man...but maybe one teaching about vertical structure and authority would be enough...? We seem to hear it in every teaching now almost. If you have an issue with this in your local congregation, please take it up locally instead of trying to make it sound like it should be you over every other listener world wide.
My wife and I are not under your authority, and we will never be. There are many things you would never be able to teach about i.e. relationships like with Drs John and Julie Gottman would do as teachers since they have years of research in the subject of love. We will not stop listening to you, but you have to understand that the reason people say you are arrogant and a dictator is due to the words you are uttering. Yes, you can say that Yeshua, Paul and the apostles taught this...but they were they were not constantly bringing it up in all their teachings.
I pray that you will not let your leadership go to your head as Jim Staley's did. Remember pride goes before fall. I personally believe that one of the most upsetting things I have ever heard you say was when you, not long ago, said something like: "I don't care what others would have as opinions and would not be interested in what they would say" or something similar to that because you would only be interested in what comes from above...and basically everyone else would be beneath you.
Just remember...: Yeshua (above you in the vertical structure) washed the feet of his apostles... Maybe you might want to stop emphasizing your red personality and start concentrating about being a good leader and not always bringing out and say the things people are using against you as a reason for you being a tyrant and a dictator...
I also use expressions like "I don't give a crap" about things as well...and it is sometimes funny listening to...but, since you are supposed to be an "appointed" leader...maybe you should man up and take your leadership more seriously and not always try to belittle everyone trying to listen to you.
It is getting worse and worse as the years have gone by...and truly doubt it comes down the vertical structure this way...
It is a big turn-off to listen to a teaching about vertical structure in almost every single teaching you do...
I understand you most likely will never see this since I am "beneath" you and your moderators wouldn't dare show it to you...because they are also "beneath" you. Sad for you.
This is a fairly simple thing to correct, and if not corrected you will just loose more and more listeners who you could possibly reach. I believe you will have to choose to concentrate about teaching Torah...or vertical structure. Yes, I understand vertical structure is in Torah...but the way you teach it is just making it so that your teachings will not be properly received.
Throughout my 30 years in the IT business, several different companies, I have never come across a leader that was never open to suggestions. Just remember that ultimately you are the one responsible for what will be used against you.
