This is very useful for anyone with anxiety. Sometimes it becomes too hard to do CBT techniques on your own when the negative thoughts have gotten so much power. but listening to these for a few hours, even if they are not your own words and thoughts, really helps to pull you out of the anxiety downward spiral. I've been in a slump last week and it was terrible I was having somatic reactions. I bombarded my mind with this and after one night, the anxiety is at bay. If you're suffering from mental health issues, this might help. Put it in the background, don't fixate on the messages, because you might find your thoughts trying to negate everything, just keep it in the background and do something else. It helps a lot.
