The lessons are well structured and progress in a way that I can understand the grammatical rules. The other free tools that you provide, the YouTube videos and Memrise really helps in understanding the lessons better. The workbooks (that you charge a small fee for) are another tool to help with practice and repetition which is really helpful. Thank you for this amazing resource that is mostly free.

You have a quite easily understandable style to teach. Moreover, korean is effluent with great accent. I thought i won't be able to learn korean but after reading your book it gave me tremendous inspiration. It's a great favor from you to us. A very very very Big THANKS and may blessings be on you!

As someone who started to learn this language, this lesson has got to be the most hardest and yet important lesson for me so far and I can’t wrap my head around it. I may have to revisit the lesson a few times to get the hang of it. Still, thank you for teaching us this 힘든 레슨!

I started studying Korean less than a month ago and I find your lessons and videos super clear and useful. I managed to reach lesson 5 and I am so happy to have learnt so much. The memrise tool is so on point and I spend 2 to 3 days to learn vocabulary super well before beginning the lesson :) this helps a lot . Thank you!!!!

i wish there were several more of these at this level because there are so many variations to what is said, while we beginners are learning. I suppose that we can just create our own sentences for practice, but we miss out on your expert knowledge when we are learning. Thanks so much for your hard work! I am enjoying learning from you.

선생님, 감사합니다! 선생님의 가르침이 최고입니다. I’m struggling a bit with merging the conjugations with the stem, & the more natural way to say sentence 3 was slightly baffling, but I’m sure with practice, it’ll become more natural! I wish we had these videos for every single unit, but the workbooks are just as good. Looking forward to completing unit 1!

I really appreciate these videos. I hope to see more for higher levels, but even though I'm not a beginner anymore, these are still good practice! Thank you for not counting to ten out loud like some people do, that is so distracting!

I seem to struggle quite hard with the merging of the stems with the past, present, and future tense particles. How do I work on getting better at merging them?
