How to setup The Game of Life

RULES:

Layout the game board and connect the spinner to the open corner. Give each player a car, matching colored token, 1 pink or blue peg (which you put in the driver’s seat of the car), 1 green pet peg (tell everyone your pet’s name), and 200K. Divide the cards into 5 decks: House, Action, Career, College Career, and Pet. Shuffle the decks and lay them out face down next to the game board. Pick one person to be the banker. The banker must keep the banks money separate from their own. Each player chooses between the career or college path and places their car on the start space of their respective choice. If you picked the college path, immediately pay the bank 100K. If you picked the career path, take the top two cards from the career deck, pick one and place it face up in front of you. Return the other card to the bottom of the deck.

Reuben Klamer the toy inventor of "The Game of Life" died on 9/14/21 He also created the phaser rifle used in the" Star Trek" TV series. It's amazing that a man who created one of the most popular games in US history ended up being it's biggest winner of all. He lived to be 99 years old. Obviously he knew a lot more about winning in the real game of life than anybody ever gave him credit for.

Can someone please tell me once you have retired and your waiting for the other players to retire can you still make money from the other players? Also there is an action card that requires you to return your career card back and choose another. Do you only return to the pile you took it from ie: the college career pile.

What if you don't have the college career card and the pet card and you don't have the token and you don't have the pets
