Logging into a bank account wile being logged into anything else whatsoever, and not completely cleaning all cookies, history etc from disc is a good way for getting your log in info stolen. Use a p word safe too, and copy paste login info, make sure safe clears clipboard in 5 seconds too before clicking final log in button. Never type in log in info. Just my cents on the matter.
This video does put another most interesting way to steel info. I did not know eeg sets were available to us. I will study the subject a bit, may have some interesting experiments one can do, .. with a safe computer in safe conditions. Based on this video, maybe this should only be used on a dedicated Linux machine that is not connected to internet.

The sad part is that this tech will be developed to also increase your brain functions. Like with a smartphone you then have to decide if you optimise yourself to keep up with the rest of the world and give up your privacy even more or deny it and sort of fall behind.
Once these devices become so good to offer a measurable advantage, we know what's going to happen: people will wait in line to get them. Tech is designed to be irresistible for most of us.

EEG data collecting are something to keep an eye on for sure.
But if a hacker have put "wave sniffing software" on your device in order to get the passwords. Why not do the simpler thing and put a key-logger in the OS instead?

My point are; I'm more concerned that the NSA/FBI are getting more data from the EEG exam than the hospital do. Than any black hat hacker getting my passwords and bank info.
