CMRA Round 1 A SUPERSTOCK EXPERT, 2/25/2023

This was my first time racing with the CMRA and also my first time ever riding this track. I was able to get in five practice sessions on Friday before the weekend which was not sufficient to learn this technical, super bumpy track. Due to the wet conditions on Saturday morning, I was not able to ride in the morning practice. So I had to race cold turkey. I was passed close by an aspiring provisional novice who had more to prove than I did, so I decided to back off and let him by and bring the bike home. Also did not get the best start and got stuck behind a rider which allowed some novices to catch up.
