This isn’t totally true. It is actually going to be the broadcast of arcane at 12 am pacific time on November 9 where you have to watch 30 mins to get the Vi card. The Jinx card will be at a different date, probably for Act 3

Finally i got my Vi card so for Indian Players once you have claimed the drop in your inventory it takes about 1 day ( 1-2 days ) to reflect in your account collection. Hope that helps ❤
