Volvo Trucks - Demo of features in the Live Test 'Look Who’s Driving'

The Volvo FMX is designed to handle rough treatment. Otherwise it wouldn’t stand a chance against Sophie. In this film, we show you some of the key features built into our toughest truck.

Filmed in Serbia in a closed-off gravel pit filled with obstacles. All the buildings were empty, locked and sealed during the shoot.

The remote control used by Sophie was specially made for this production. Highly sensitive, the compact RC unit provided access to steering, accelerator, gearshift and brakes.

I still think that this was scripted in the way that there would be "as much destruction" as it could handle I mean that was the point yes but still I don't know if this was real real but VOLVO you did this well!

This video is nice. I was amazed when I saw this girl shopping for trillas on the remote. I remember seeing the video in 2015.

I believe that the truck can survive all this and that this part was real. I just don't believe, that Sophie controlled it. It seemed to be quite precise driving to demonstrate all mentioned featured.
So VOLVO please continue making such videos, but don't fake the simplest parts. It would have much bigger impact if you didn't use all "little girl controls it and destroys everything" and just made proper test with all the destruction.
