I only watched this video on January 2025, I'm not sure when it was released. Wow!! What a well packaged and narrated video! Rhett and Claire I liked everything about your video - the loads of information you packed in the video, stunning beaches (with names) and views, beautiful restaurants (also showing menu prices in the various currencies, local and international), accommodation, safari and wildlife excursions and other fun places, etc. etc. I've been to Plattenberg Bay and Knysna a couple of times but over a decade ago, but you made me feel like I've never been to these places! I'll be using this video to plan a Garden Route visit with my family in the near future. I absolutely loved it. Maybe you should think about producing another one about the smaller but popular Western Cape coastline towns such as Hermanus. West of Mossel Bay. Also, another about the wine farms in the Cape? Your style is unique and I'm sure you would produce something stunning again! Good luck to both of you and continue doing the good work.

Guys, I just loved how much information was packed into this one video. A perfect balance of narration, mind blowing views, geography lesson, animal facts etc. It is definitely the best video on YouTube on the garden route, I know that because we are traveling to South Africa in 2 weeks and I have been researching this trips for so long now. I didn't come across a better video yet! Great job guys and keep it up! On our garden route trip this time sadly we are unable to cover the area beyond knysna which is no doubt a paradise as we have fewer days than we would have needed to do this. We are however doing Outdshoorn, Mossel bay, Hermanus, Shark cage diving in Gaansbai, Simon's Town and others. Next trip I feel I can do eastern Cape and all the places we will be missing upto Addo on the garden route. There is just so much to see and so little time always! 🥺

As someone who has traveled the Garden Route many times, I can say that this may be the best video ever shot about the Garden Route. The quality of the shots, the locations and stays, your mood and vibe. I felt like I was traveling with you. My favorite place is the villas in the Brenton-On-Beach area. The Addo Elephant Park was definitely a highlight of the trip. Seeing myself in your video was such an exciting surprise—it made the experience even more special for me now. It’s a memory I’ll always cherish to look this great Video again.
