The sound of the fan hitting the string reminds me of a crane lowering something with a metal chain, the low pitch notes gives it a deep underwater feel. So a crane lowering a mini sub type vehicle with two people, into the depths of the sea, most likely with a suicide mission, and a feeling of a jumpscare approaching

It's 2 sounds in 1. First, you have a helicopter flying overhead - then you have some sort of crane, or huge machine or robot of some kind, that's either lifting something or pivoting along its main axis.

Something big.

Perhaps it’s a titan of a creature, roaring so loud that it can be heard even miles away and so powerfully that shakes the very air.

Or a large, human-sized insect like a beetle, whose wings flap incredibly fast just to lift it’s bulk off the ground.

Maybe it’s a massive airship, powered by dozens of large propellers as it blots out the sky.

That sound reminds me of a mini electrical fan hitting a stringed instrument but it could be anything.

Mmm... Almost sounds like a dying alarm in a creaking vessel, maybe an old submarine or perhaps an aircraft carrier, something that beached after a terrible conflict, slowly rusting away, only now playing the alarm as someone enters it.

the movie sounds effect that is really not real, but adds to the dramatic nature of an underwater submarine moving through the water. Nuclear subs are VERY quite, *Run Silent Run Deep*, but films like Hunt for Red October amplified and provided the sound as backdrop to the external shots of the sub. Actually the ocean is a very noisey place but not subs. Sometimes you find them from where the sound *isn't*.
