When you talked about “You can’t help other people if you’re drowning yourself” it really helped understand a lot. My girlfriend is going through a lot of anxiety and depression for many years and im doing my best to give her the attention and care she deserves but im forgetting about taking care of myself first but she means so much to me i didn’t care about anything else, but if i really want to help her i need to get myself up first and achieve the best version of me. She means the world to me and i really want to make her depression disappear, build a life together... Man i truly love her and i will never let her down.
