Im like 99% sure Thea is a show creation, i dont remember her in the comics at all. The original Speedy was Roy Harper, Then Roy turned in to Red arrow then Arsenal in the comics

well the green arrow and green lantern team up a lot in the comics.
the second green arrow is a black man named john stewart who is an ex special forces guy like diggle.
they could say diggle is john's special forces cover name and he is indeed john stewart.

Oliver was supposed to live til 86, but that timeline no longer exits, or is probably modified. Why don't you review the Flash? I would guess it's more your type of show :) Well, good review. I think Oliver got into a ship that goes to coast city (Hal Jordan's -aka green lantern- city. In The Flash, barry mentioned that a test pilot had disappeared or something like that so yes, another easter egg.

My guess!  Something will happen on The Flash that will cause time to reverse and everything that happened this season...DIDN'T.   Just my thoughts.

oh, on the spoiler...The reverse flash, smart as he is, doesn't seem to get that he can NEVER go home, and the timelines are changed (at least twice now). While many things might turn out the same, or similar, the truth is that his whole world/life probably is totally gone/changed. Look at Barry's effects on just changing a DAY. RF has changed things by decades.

Well... Oliver can die, if we are going into time travel talk here (and I am about to)
Because, when the Reverse Flash (Eobart Thawne) went back in time he already changed things, so he created an alternate timeline, where anything can happen, and now that he (Reverse flash) can't consulte his A.I (Gideon) anymore, stuff can happen that he is not the master over. (I really tried to keep that spoiler free)
On another note, did you watch the Supergirl trailer? and if so, what did you think about it?

I think next season will be a year or two later. Palmer tricks felicity into being owner of his company & then she skips town? Also, loyal members of the league would never let the ring be handed to someone. They are all about the sacred ritual so them excepting Malcolm makes no sense. I like the series but I hope they correct two major flaws.
First I hope they tighten-up the writing & stop doing long soap opera "days of our lives" filler scenes that weaken the show. More action & less filler. The second flaw I hope they fix is all the Flip-Flopping. Characters jumping from "I hate you to I love you...I'm evil, no wait I'm good. You see that in pro wrestling constantly but it's bad writing & a lazy way to create drama.
