Today, I had my typing skill test of RRB NTPC CEN 01/2019 at iDZ Kuanwala, Dehradun, (PIN-248001) in 3rd shift. When i got my seat in the exam hall then i checked my computer, i found two problems with my system and these are written below-

1) There were MANY lines and dots drawn by pen on the SCREEN of my computer.
2) Letter L and C of the keyboard were not working properly they were getting stuck in between.


I called the staff and told them that I might get confused by these dots on my screen which were looking like FULL STOP and COMMA . But he denied any help, i requested him that please take me to the Sr. most official of RRB or TCS, but he denied, he started shouting at me and said students like you must have drawn these dots during the previous exams.

Due to the 1st problem i did many mistakes in the actual typing skill test, whenever a full stop or comma was there i was confused whether it is in the passage or on the screen drawn by pen.

Due to the 2nd problem I mentioned above, I faced many issues during the test . Whenever I was pressing alpahabat L and C, then sometimes they were getting stuck and sometime they were working fine.

The staff was very RUDE and didn't helped me to solve my issue.

I request you to please reschedule my typing test and take strict action against this kind of staff.
