That is so me… And people called me crazy, i was raised a Catholic, but I studied at a Pentecost bible school, studied Witchcraft, Paganism, Buddhism, Taoism, Islam even converted to Islam, studied Balinese Hinduism, all because I wanted to understand why every religion has its own way of doing things and worshipping God. People and even friends thought i was lost. But if I didn’t study and practise each religion that I had experienced, I wouldn’t be where I am now in my late forties — at peace with our multitude of differences.

I can relate to your journey, Shaman Durek. I was born catholic, I experienced heaven as a 10 year old, I became Pentecostal Christian, studied with Jehovah's witnesses, was baptised again as a Mormon, became a Muslim and wore hijab for a year, studied Buddhism and am now a tarot reading non-religious spiritualist. It's a seekers journey. Yet, even after all that, two days ago I had the epiphany that even though I am adamant that I do not care what others think, I realised that I keep automatically measuring every one of my actions against the programming of what I believe others would think of my actions.
