CCTV & GDPR?

Just to add two points.
1. If a CCTV controller does not want to give you a copy of a recording, you can request to “restrict processing” of a recording in question. And then as further explained in our clip, the controller should for example keep the recording for a future use by the Police.
2. The first copy of data is for free. A data controller may charge for subsequent copies.

Film editing quite poor (jumps and breaks) but knowledge about gdpr is the most important thing. Film quality and sound, great. Keep it up, content is a priority.
