How to Stop Sharing OneDrive Files or Folders or Change Access Rights

Log into your OneDrive account by opening a web browser and doing so.

Choose the file whose sharing you want to halt. In the window's upper right corner, click the information icon. You may view the users who have access to a file.

On the link icon, click. Clicking the cross will end the file's sharing. On the pop-up window, click the "Remove Link" button. You can see who has access to the file if you provide the link via email. To cease sharing the file or to modify the access rights to "view only," click "Can edit."
