In this edition of the Elliott School's Experts Weigh In Series, alumnus Jeff Lightfoot will discuss the opportunity for the United States to approach the coronavirus pandemic through stronger cooperation with its democratic European allies. The coronavirus crisis has strained an already competitive international system and produced new sources of tension between the US and Europe.
