I think it is great that you can enjoy your craft with your daughter. looks like you both had fun. Cool results! Maybe in the future when I can see my daughter, we can try this. (She is a nurse in CT and is very busy working.) Thanks for giving me a smile.

I love that you tired these out. I have sooo much of the pouring stuff in my craft space and never used it. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Thanks so much. And a big thank you for leaving the fail in, I enjoyed the chuckle but if this is your first attempts, then that means I could probably do it as well. I love watching your videos because I learn a lot and you always make me smile or laugh out loud. Lord knows we could all use a little levity round about now. Thanks so much.

That looks like a lot of fun. I am like you were thinking it would be difficult to do. I am thinking twice now. Love the cards you made. The last galaxy card is really really cool. Thank you for sharing

Pouring is very fun. Use some silicone drops for cell creations. They take it to another level. Have fun with it! Thank you for sharing.

Hi Mary! I’ve got to tell you that you are a joy to watch! I love these paint pour videos because they are so inspiring. I have been wanting to try this too, but not so sure of the difficulty to achieve. I have seen so many use a small creme brûlée sugar top toasting torch. I believe that allows for more dimension to the paint by creating bubbles of color. Should you and Aida chose to use one I would love to see the results. I am mostly a card maker and I would use the leftover paint for card backgrounds. They turned out so very cool! Thank you for giving me so much content during the requirement for social distancing right now. Please stay safe and I have you and your family in my prayers. ~Katz

These are beautiful. As a suggestion. You could add resin to the top instead of lacquer. It would add that glossy, glassy like shine and protect the pours as well. Great job!

Those are so cool! I always wondered if watercolor paper could hold the pouring technique. I think it makes a great card background!

If you get some art resin, you can put on a really glossy finish. It's worth it if you have one you really want to keep and display. Perhaps Arteza should look at selling that as well!

They turned out fabulous Mary. I was wondering who's little hands were helping there!! Best thing about this whole isolating thing is all the extra time we get to have fun with the kids!! Thanks for this. Shared on fb. Hope you are all keeping well over there Mary. We're keeping safe and well indoors in Ireland. Not going crazy yet - but close!! Though some might say we were already there!

Your pour will move easier if you paint a layer of your base color (white or black) onto the canvas & then pour the paint on top of the wet base paint. I bought some of these paints a few weeks ago, but I haven't tried them yet. Also, most people seal their paintings after they dry because the acrylic paint attracts and holds dust and debris from the air. Sealing will keep the dust from sticking to "dry" canvas. Thanks for sharing.
