How to negotiate contracts or wich ones of this company's are more profitable .
Easier to do business with and what you recommend based on your experience.

I don't recall who said it but I love this quote: " _Put systems in place that will allow ordinary people to do extraordinary things_ ". If you want to grow big (like McD, Wendy's, etc.) they all have amazing systems! If not, you'll be stuck working " *in* " your business and never work " *on* " your business.

Paused early in the video - My last job thought they had 'systems'...what they had was codified chaos;
with no allowance for employee feedback/suggestions. True systems must be open to improvement.

The troubleshooting! That’s very important, i and my kids had a troubleshooting when they were small kids for what to do on almost every situation if I wasn’t with them

Greetings from uganda! Its such a great video all professional hoteliers should watch. Managers, especially in Africa, can help formulate wonderful systems that can help run such enterprises only to be run down by owners of restaurants who introduce their unprofessional relatives to run down systems so introduced.
