윤 대통령 영장 재발부에 긴장 고조 이 시각 관저 앞 상황은?

The issuance of a second arrest warrant to detain President Yoon Suk Yeol is once again drawing attention over when the investigators will show up this time.
We head over to the presidential residence in Hannam-dong, where our Lee Soo-jin is on standby.

Soo-jin, the CIO is yet to come to Yoon's residence as of this morning, right?

Right so I've been at President Yoon's residential area since around 7:40 AM.
I wanted to come here early to see if there are any signs of heightened security in preparation of a second arrest warrant.
But so far, the execution of that warrant seems quite unlikely.
And no one knows for sure exactly when the execution of the second arrest warrant is to take place as both the Seoul Western District Court and the CIO did not reveal the extension period.
While warrants are typically valid for seven days, a judge may extend the duration if deemed necessary.
It's been speculated that the CIO is most likely to attempt to arrest Yoon on Friday, or next Monday or Tuesday, as the weekend is likely to bring even bigger crowds.
But you can already see heightened security here.
This includes the installation of barbed wire and you can see how the entrance road to the residence is blocked off by numerous vehicles.

With a potentially more forceful second attempt expected, how has the president or his legal team responded?

The President's legal team has again been arguing over the validity of the warrant.
More specifically, the fact that it comes from the Seoul Western District Court.
Let's take a listen to what the lawyer for President Yoon said.

"The President will stand trial if the CIO indicts him or requests a warrant with detention from another court."

He also said that the Seoul Western District Court, which falls outside the CIO's jurisdiction, should not handle these matters.
The lawyer also refuted allegations that President Yoon is in hiding.
Here's what he said.

"I went to the presidential residence yesterday evening and met the President. This is really unbelievable false propaganda and a manipulation of events."

Soo-jin, I can tell you're fighting the cold out there
Even with a significant drop in temperature today, there are still people out there protesting?

When we arrived, before 8AM, there weren't that many people, but crowd is starting to grow now.
Near me is the entrance road to the presidential residence and many of the protesters are gathered nearby.
Protesters are braving the cold by setting up tents along the road.
It's clear that the protests, which had briefly subsided, have started escalating again since Wednesday after the second arrest was issued on Tuesday evening.
That's all I have for now, but I'll be back in our next newscast with updates from the afternoon.
Back to you Dami.

Thank you Soo-jin for the coverage.
We appreciate it.
