The thing about X!Gaster is that he is wildly overestimated in terms of power simply cause people overestimate the reach that overwrite can even go. X!Gaster overwrite doesn't overwrite any character that isn't from the xtale series which is why he physically had to kill swap and fell and had to make a physical ink brush for ink to use. Now granted his most powerful weapon is of course his own creations, but even they don't stack any higher than regular undertale characters. I mean think about it this way it took him at solid two episodes to fully take over the UV undertale timeline in order to be able to overwrite the characters from that timeline to begin with. Considering how they specifically need the souls from that timeline the issue comes when epic Gaster not only does kinda the same thing but can even bring people back. In any case X! gaster is absolutely not a 'god' like many people think he is.

People really underestimate epic tale sans because he literally can’t physically die because someone have to steal his eye to start with, and his blasters are like nukes plus, he’s literally really fast. All his attacks are really good but also epic tale. Can’t take any magical damage because it will come out as a. KAMEHAME if he stores in enough.

Realistically speaking, Epic!Frisk could solo all of them but this seems good although Preboot Chara would get smoked by people like Reboot Undyne and Asgore. A fight between Reboot Epic and Preboot Chara would be interesting though.
