"Sense Star Stuff" Is definitely my favorite one, especially in the infested dungeons... lol.
I did get the "Parallel self" after Barret died though...
Another little tidbit of information, in the NG+ versions you can upgrade the powers to a next tier (if you unlocked them in the previous play-through).

I love the powers but the weapons are way more effective, but I do the oxygen, time slow and life seance often

Not a huge fan of how to get these powers, can take ages trying to get to the little glowy stars before they snuff out. Hadn't thought to use amp, haven't really messed with alot of the drugs etc in game.
I accidentally set off gravity wave or something like that in one of the neon night clubs, chaos ensued

OK, well I am not a fan of Barret and I do not think I will enjoy being his friend but I guess that will get me ONE of the two I am missing. But you did all that talking and you did not tell me how to get my 23 power? I was told I needed to fly to all the stars, fine I improved my spaceship doubled my helium tanks and I went to every star or I thought I did, then I checked three more times and I found 3 more stars OK, going to everystar is not fun, but I think I did it. But I got nothing for my efforts :(
Next someone suggested planets with 4 things, you know like ice caves, rock boulders and all the rest... so I did find one of those while I was flying to star, scanning all the planets, fly to star and repeat and do it 100 times and have fun. Not really happy and Barret will have to wait till tomorrow :)
