It's like Ray Ban/Luxotica doesn't care much anymore unless it's on a premium pair of frames. Haven't bought any RB in over a year or more because of terrible quality control, ordered a custom pair of Wayfarers and they arrived warped and had machine residue on the lenses, after i reshaped and cleaned them i said, "no more RBs for me."

I bought a new pair of Ray-Ban aviators a couple of days ago from the Ray-Ban website.

Unfortunately now the lenses are made from plastic instead of glass. After a call with Ray-Ban they informed me that all there Aviators and Wayfarers now come with plastic lenses and this will be a change for all their models. @RayBan prices go up and quality goes down!

I’ll keep my old Aviators with glass lenses that will be a collectors item in the future 😅

Didn't like the proportions on this one. Too wide in my opinion.
