I feel you about these pads not being environmentally friendly. I loved the m-61 powerglow pads but switched to a liquid exfoliant that doesn't attribute so much unnecessary waste. I have also been wanting to use the Neogen bio-peel pads and the Neogen A-clear essence pads but I just can't get behind all this unnecessary waste. I have seen that Garnier has came up with washable reusable bamboo fabric pads that you can use with their Miccelar water, I have also seen that Real Techniques (make up brushes) have came up with biodegradable beauty blenders that you can put in a compost. Really wishing these other companies would take note!!!
