RDRO could have been amazing if Rockstar hadn't turned a blind eye to RDR2 immediately after launch. What's worse and you can tell the team behind RDR2 was really passionate about this game and very likely would've loved to keep working on it if Rockstar had let them

I love RDR2 but RDR1 had an unlimited amount of bounty missions you could do I just wish they added that to RDR2 it would’ve made it so much more fun after you’ve completed all other missions cause once you’re done with them there ain’t a lot to do but just ride around and shoot people, hunt and study animals, and find more plants.

Custom voice presets for Rdr2 online would be amazing. So the game could have more depth. Maybe expanding on the camp would have been nice. Maybe you can add other NPCs to the camp through missions or random encounters. Then as missions continue and other factors it will effect the dialogue. It would make the game feel much more non linear.
