I love your book! I don't think you should consider the expense of the book if the experience of using it is making you happy. I think it is super important in these stressful times to do something that brings you joy.

I definitely understand the self-judgment thing. The thing that bothers me the most is when I start using a journal or notebook, I immediately think of what i'm gonna do AFTER it's filled: do I store it somewhere? Where should I store it? How do I keep it as a collection? Will I be able to buy the same refill? - Meanwhile I almost never completely finish a journal. So I don't know why I let these thoughts consume me!
