Did Chris Albert divulge his criminal record as a convicted murderer for his hit and run when drunk, in 1994. He was represented by John Prescott, the attorney brother of Judge Beverley Cannone, the judge presiding in the current, Karen Read trial. He was never even questioned about the DUI, and evidence not admitted at his hearing, the Judge gave him a 2-year suspended Sentence with a 6-month term served in prison, the charge was death by automobile homicide. The Canton Police did not investigate the whereabouts of Chris Alberts the evening of the hit and run when it was well known that he had been at a local bar drinking for 4 to 5 hours. If the drinking evidence had been submitted, he would have been charged with first degree manslaughter for killing a 23-year-old student and injuring his 23-year-old girlfriend. For manslaughter, he would have received a far longer sentence of a minimum of10 to 20 years. The Corruption has been going on in Canton, for a very long time, and the same names keep popping up.. Judge Cannone, said she had no previous connection or dealings with the Alberts, or even knowing them she lied. becausewas the one who recommended her brother to defend Brian Alberts brother Chris Alberts.
