Id love to see aram getting a random map rotation aswell. So each game has a 33% chance of either, howling abyss, butchers bridge and the new one

I'm surprised you missed a huge Easter egg. You talked about the downstairs section of the zaun side, but you completely neglected the docks on the piltover side. Those are the docks powder was running through when she dropped all the loot from Jayce's lab into the river.

they should make ARAM a Valorant style game that every match is a random map from a pool, we already have Freljord, Bilgewater, and Piltover/Zaun

7:52 this is actually incredibly common in video games.
Often times it is used for performance. You need to load models, so this can be a way of loading something while you can't see it. This will happen a lot in cutscenes of games where they just move the needed model into the cutscene when they appear. Another common thing for this is to swap models for specific animations, hide shortcuts of two things interacting, or hide something a little janky like stretching models and such.
Which based on the fact that it has the merchant, the sign, and the objects that move when he falls off, I would guess it loads those in or swaps them when you aren't near him. Then when you respawn or come back it triggers the swaps/loads the idle animation.

The object replicas below the shops must be ghe clickable assets to access the shop

The animated ones might be hard to click with the animation

16:30 Dev here (not riot's but still). Reflections in the game are usually baked into the meshes, so probably they re-used the summoners rift skybox with the reflection info to get fake light blue refraction on glass (then they removed it for performance, I guess?) + the slight blue illumination in the whole map

Also, I agree, the shopkeeper underground are probably just placeholders for sizing reason

If I'm not mistaken, but the method or technique of loading assets under or out of scene is a way to keep objects loaded in memory and waiting for them to used.

The second model below the shop is probably the model swapped the moment the idle animation kicks in, and leaves when someone gets in range for him to start his animation swap

You Really missed the biggest change: the heals give buffs now, depending on what side you started: Zaunside: get HP or AP. Piltover: reset your spells after 15 seconds. Also if you take the Inhib the champ that last hits gets a HUGE buff: Zaun: get huge tanky and HP. Piltover: your summoner spells have only 15 second cooldown.

This map is gorgeous. The Riot team completely outdid themselves, and I think they were really trying to show the higher ups "Hey, this is the quality we can give our players if we're given a proper team and budget." I'll be grinding ARAM so much just to support the devs that made this map.

There's a huge one missing (others may have pointed it out).
In one of the buildings on the Zaun side, there's a capsule with a woman/girl inside.

There is a building in the upper part of the Zaun area, which has an interior with something or someone in some kind of cryogenic chamber, I have no idea what it is. I don't think it's a spoiler because I saw it in the game, or maybe they just forgot to disable it, I don't know either.

Models below are actually a way to optimalize the work your PC has to do. The models we see, use them as resources instead of having to "summon" and delete every model when it's needed or not from the game files.
