The fact that they dropped that thing into the ocean with 5 people in it and no tracking device is negligent on a mind boggling level.
We use tracking chips for dogs, park squirrels, dolphins, sharks, cars, cell phones, but not for the safety of 5 human lives?

Don't you think it's kind of ironic how only the rich survived the Titanic originally, and present day only the rich go to that graveyard to die. This was so avoidable, so sad.

Anyone who goes down 2.2 miles on a questionable submersible vehicles without a safety line, balloons attached, to be released, should realize and accept that if anything goes wrong, being rescued is highly unlikely, much less find you in time, like astronauts going to another planet on a backyard built rocket, no matter how much planning went into it development, safety should always be paramount in every venture, always plan for the unexpected or the worst that could happen, as evidently happened in this case, tragically…

And everyday Americans are paying to rescue these people all while knowing they'd let us starve if it made them an extra dollar. As a decent human being, I will say I hope they can be rescued. Then they can pay back the money spent to save them from their vanity project.

I'm not getting in a mini van size sub that is controlled by a gaming controller with no seats, no tether, they can only text message back and forth and the sub has NO onboard gps which is crazy.

You can blame the owner of this sub for firing and ignoring experts of the safety. This is what happens when greed happens. Mess around and find out. And nowbthey are in this situation.
