In our video today, we're showing you how to make bulletproof coffee using the official bulletproof coffee recipe.

Bulletproof coffee is a rich, creamy, keto-friendly coffee that is filled with healthy fats and brain-fueling nutrients.

We love this recipe because it only uses three ingredients and takes less than 5 minutes to make.

Before we get started, here are a few reasons why you might want to switch from regular coffee to bulletproof.

Regular coffee can lead to huge energy spikes, which often results in those really annoying afternoon crashes.

Plus, many people have breakfast foods that are filled with sugar and fat, which can leave you feeling groggy and tired. So, by swapping out those breakfast foods and even your regular cup of coffee (filled with cream and sugar) for a healthy keto coffee, you get the added bonus of having clean energy and you'll stay full for hours too!

By using clean coffee beans, grass-fed butter or ghee, and MCT oil, you may see signs of

Step 1: Add 1 cup of freshly brewed Bulletproof coffee.

Step 2: Add 1-2 tablespoons of Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil or MCT oil.

Step 3: Add 1-2 tablespoons of grass-fed butter or ghee.

Step 4: Blend all ingredients in a blender for 20-30 seconds.
