I’m in the midst of a 24 hour fast, and just tried this. I added *Cacao powder, MCT oil* and *cinnamon* and it tasted OK. I’ll do it whenever I’m on a 24 or longer fast. So far I’m good on 16:8 drinking up to two litres of water that includes *ACV, Chia Seeds* and *pink himalayan salt* only. I’m not trying to lose weight. I’m attempting to put the pre diabetes into remission and reduce the inflammation in my body. I’ll worry about regaining any lost weight later. As long as my BMI is healthy, it’s all good. I’m feeling the healthiest I’ve felt in decades. 😃🇨🇦
