Yeah, this is a incredible move and I love that they kept Coach "Mo" on the staff!! Both styles for sure needed! 💯💯💯

Excellent, and I 100% agree. Coach Mo is needed as well. Mo has a different type of leadership style, and it's nothing wrong with that. But you also need balance, and this is where coach Mo comes in. Just what the Buffs needed. I am a retired Army veteran x DrillSgt. If you don't have that balance, you can also lose them or some for those who aren’t as mentally sound as others. Don't get me wrong I am not being weak, but in the same sentence you will be surprise how much more you can get out of someone that is weak mentally and that's where it all starts with the mindset. Coach Mo can and will learn great under him. Wow, this is going to be great. That damn coach Prime is a very smart man. I see the vision. You got the new coach, Mo, the other strength and conditioning coach. Balance

I’ve had questions about the S&C program since I saw how Derrick McClendon got in great shape after his senior season to prepare for the combine. He got chiseled in just a couple of months. So hopefully this is the change that will make the difference this season. Great post!

This is the year for the guys to actually take everyday serious if we want to get into the playoffs. Ik they have a chance to compete for championships but want them to win the big one, college football national championship is what everybody in that team should set their eyes on.

He been at Miami for more than 10 years? Have y'all seen Miami? I been a UM fan since 83. Last 10 years they been known for a lot of things, strength ain't one of them.
