I was expecting the comments to be mean 😭 because they usually are but people don’t realise this was early on in her career and she still doesn’t do interviews to this day. She’ll maybe do things involving charity and do on the radio around a new album but that’s about it. You can see how nervous and why she in these interviews which is why she said she comes across as awkward because of her anxiety but you can see how sweet she is and is just kinda about the music. She never liked the spotlight too much

This amazing woman wrote 'Mariners Apartment Complex' and 'God and Monsters'. Two very self-styled and original tunes for its time. Also, 'Love', 'Blue Bannisters', 'Pretty When You Cry', 'Old Money', and 'Brooklyn Baby'. All of which are creatively far from the norm of standard pop music! Just to name a few!
