I wish there wasn’t a recall. I preferred Philips over Resmed. I was able to get ideal humidification with Philips. Something I can’t do on my Resmed despite being on the highest setting. I hope Philips will come back after this recall. I am having a hard time with my Resmed due it always try to auto adjust the humidity

Why is the tank empty in the morning after filling it full at night, set on 3? Earlier this fall I turned the heat to 3 and it was a moderate temperature, but now is much hotter, set the same?

My mum feels cold due to the air which she finds cold although using temperature 5. I will try preheat feature and fixed humidification

My humidifier works when it wants to. So annoying. Still waiting on my replacement for this recall.

Miss my resmed!! Wake up in the middle of the night painfully dry! It doesn't get the water hot enough!!!

I received my replacement dreamstation 2 and within a couple months the humidifier stopped working, now the heating tube dont work. I tried everything, and it didn't work. I called Phillips, and after waiting over an hour, they were no help, told me to take it to my provider. Who knows how long these machines were used in the past? Not happy with Phillips at.

This machine has been the worst I have had the humidifier runs out of water in the chamber the company should really fix that problem or fire whoever design it

The heated tube really stinks. And i mean STINKS. The tube gets so hot it burns the plastic on the inside and smells like burning trash. Thank you NO!
