No BS We hear exactly what the amps sound like. The various nuances in your playing really answer any questions the ear may have! Excellent. My fav. channel right now!

Fender copied a Marshall that was a copy of a Fender. Priceless 😂

It's really interesting how different riffs really changed my opinion on what amp sounded better... back and forth...

Holy crap that Bassbreaker sounds good! I was not expecting that.

I say both!! these would sound great both panned to either side (Left & Right) in a 2-guitar band mix. that would be a killer pairing of tones. another Awesome video, friend! :-))

For the money, the Fender Bassbreaker 45 is a great sounding amp. Basically, it's the Fender Bassman preamp with the EL 34 power section (great idea). The big difference I hear is the mid range breakup which Marshall perfected many years ago but this amp does great. If the Fender had Greenbacks in it, would come closer for sure. Thanks for the video, this stuff is fun Johan!

Both are great for different reasons. Obviously I prefer the Marshall Bluesbreaker but I happen to own the Bassbreaker 45 head and 2x12 cab and I can rightfully say it's an amazing amp. Fender really raised the bar for what you can get in an amp for under $1, 000.

Dude. You got the best comparison videos. Very little talking, the back and forth, awesome. And you didn't add a million effects.

Best channel on YouTube and better than anything on regular tv. Your playing is wonderful.

Excellent video, we need a part 2 :) Both amps using the same Bluesbreaker cabinet with the 2 greenbacks.

The Bassbreaker sounds more like an original Bluesbreaker than the Marshall reissue does.

something tells me that through the greenbacks this would be even closer. Wonderfully moody arpeggios and chords today my friend. Have a good weekend

You keep getting the perfect ideas for videos. Excellent comparison, I (and many others) needed that! Thanks.

Really impressed with how well the Fender holds up. It's less than half the price of the Marshall in Canada. Throw the same Greenbacks in it that the Marshall has, and it would be really interesting to compare again.

I bet they'd sound badass together.

My personal assessment would be that you are hearing the biggest difference in the speakers. V-Type (v30 style) vs. Greenback. Both sound great though! I liked both and both together would probably sound massive in a mix. I hope you get to try out or EMS 2x12 "Bluesbreaker" one day, Johan!
