I appreciate the iPhone takes better photos but I still can't justify paying 1, 000 dollars for ANY phone not even to mention 1, 500!! That's just insane. Still, as long as people are willing to spend this money on a phone companies like Apple, Samsung, and some others will continue their shameless pricing policies. So who's to blame really.

Who cares about insignificant differences like this? If you really care about image quality put the extra $800 toward a real camera - in comparison the iPhone will look like it has Vaseline on the lens.

I sort of preferred some of the day shots from the G7 over the iPhone 11 but I'm pretty sure that it won't be even close with the video and front camera, the iphone 11 will win.

After reading about how mediocre the G7's camera is I have to say I much prefer how it exposes night shots even if they are noisier than the iPhone's. Neither are great at night - if this is your thing then get a real camera.
