14 days ago, I had a 2 level c4-c5 and c5-c6. Objective is to regain arm strength. The procedure was conduced in São Paulo, Brazil. The first 3 days were difficult, but the recovery is quite fast now.

After a c1 fracture I was in a neck brace for a long time for it to heal. Once the c1 was fully healed it was noticed that c1 and c2 has partially fused naturally, not through surgery. Was wondeirng if they could be seperated to allow more movement. I am only 21 and want to be able to be active as this was a sports injury to begin with and I'd like to return to that lifestyle.
