UBE CHEESE PANDESAL
*Ingredients
3/4 cup lukewarm milk (150 ml)
2 tbsp sugar
1 whole egg
1 tsp yeast
3 cups bread flour (300grams)
👉 (use 2 to 2.5 cups only if all purpose flour)
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp ube flavoring
2 tbsp butter / margarine / veg. oil
1/2 cup bread crumbs (for coating)
🛑⁉️ABOVE CUP MEASUREMENTS ARE BASED ON JAPAN STANDARD CUP(200ml/1cup)
⁉️Every flour absorbs liquid differently, if dough turned dry add up milk, if dough turned wet add up flour.
*Fillings
100 grams cheese (cut into cubes)
100 grams ube jam / halaya (can be bought at some stores or make your own

💡Tips📝
✔️If your dough mixture seems too dry, you may add up some butter/oil & mix BEFORE kneading.
✔️Better grease kneading surface & hands with oil if dough is sticky. DO NOT add flour when kneading, just keep on kneading until smooth.
