Got a judge after a 10-year fight, the discussion letter was written confusing so they went with 100% p&t with no back pay while right in the papers it said in 3 places should be back dated to beginning. Now it has been more years & another judge just sent it back into the judge panel for clarification. They will hold it for another 3 month's for further info, then decide if they should re read the full decision to see if they should apply what is in it. I have been told by the judge this could take another 6 to 8 months. This is how they treat complex PTSD while telling you thank you for your service @ funk you very much & live under a bridge until we work this out!
