I Ate Nashville’s Best Hot Chicken

For the final location of the 2023 Origins series, I visited Nashville to learn all about hot chicken. I spoke with the niece of the founder of hot chicken - Ms André Prince who shared her family's history with the dish. And I was invited into the kitchens of Party Fowl and 400 Degrees so I could see how they cook hot chicken. Andy, as a born and raised Nashvillian I want to thank you so much for this video, and for being respectful of the hot chicken tradition, of the iconic Ms. Andre, and of Nashville in general... most videos about the city, regardless of what the topic is supposed to be, eventually devolve into this cliche' stereotypical clown show where everyone is wearing cowboy hats and ironically saying "ya'll" or whatever.
