Scaramucci was an Obama bundler. That means that Scaramucci organized donors to pay for the Obama campaign and took a percentage of those donations. Also, Scaramucci runs a hedge fund with interests in China. Scaramucci has a financial interest in seeing the Trump Chinese tariffs lifted.
