Lots of Homeless. Lots of crime. Literally the only reason I have been in Sac for the past 7 years is because it’s affordable compared to other places in California. This is the nastiest place I have lived and I’ve lived in 7 different states…

While the homeless is getting completely out of control in Sac, it pales in comparison to what I see in Oakland and SF. Sad this state has become such a disaster. Our governor’s “10 year plan” as SF Mayor was 15 years ago. It clearly didn’t work. Homeless has skyrocketed since he started that in 2008.

Strongly disagree. Even obscure, mediocre US cities have more to offer than Sacramento. And the people here are not that great.

People need to stop moving here. I can’t afford anything. And literally like 80% of young people I know are struggling. If you’re not married or living with your mom it’s pay check to pay life forever. Exactly why the homeless rate is exploding

Haven't y'all learned yet? It's all just paid for propaganda. I've lived in and around Sacramento for 10 years now and I can say that it's much worse than when I moved to CA. The drivers are the worst I've ever seen. Violence and property crimes are out of control. And while the cost of living is less than SF and LA, it's not by much. Of the 4 states I have customers in, CA is by far the worst. Even Denver is better than Sacramento and I can't stand Denver.

…. Yeah. According to Forbes. Must be nice to be wealthy enough to be blissfully ignorant on how hard the struggle is to live and survive here. It’s not as wonderful as it may be portrayed. There are homeless camps Everywhere, and people literally sleeping in the middle of the sidewalks and walkways, people eating out of trash cans, families and single adults barely making it day by day. That’s just one of the the economic problems here. Sorry to upset anyone, but it’s the unseen, overlooked truth.

Forbes is right. We have lovely city's near Sacramento. Such as quaint oak part and south Sacramento .lovely safe Del Paso heights .Northgate.enjoy the perfect roads on watt avenue to the charming city of rio Linda. Ohhhh Reminds Me of little house on the prairie . Forbes is full of it. They just wanna sell houses cause real estate is crashing . It's simply bullshit .
