It’s amazing how much these girls are allowed to do to a place they don’t own. Seems like the owners give them free reign. She did an amazing job on this apartment. I hope she is able to enjoy it for a long time

It's awesome she did this but I hope her rent is cheap reflecting what the apt was at pre-renovation rate and that she has a contract with the owner that her rent cannot go above a certain percentage higher per year for x number of years say at least 2-3 or even 4, bc she basically renovated this apt for free. Ie owner could charge her $800-$1000 more for rent each month or do so one year later, or kick her out a year from now to move someone else in they can charge higher monthly rent now the apt is renovated
