So Kate goes to check on the kids, sees that Madeleine is missing and goes running back to the restaurant to tell everyone, leaving the twins alone yet again. If she thought someone took her daughter, why wouldn't she take the twins with her?

I think any parent finding their child missing would think the child had woken up and gone outside, certainly not 'abducted'. You'd go outside shouting your childs name.

The most weird thing for me is the fact that the British government spent millions to find Madeline.. They didn't do it for any other child. Ben Needum went missing from Greece they didn't get involved with that to me, that's a smoking gun..

Kates first words to her husband when she returned to the restaurant were " theyve taken her" i thought that statement was odd. I tried to imagine how I would have reacted I'd hsve said " Madeleine isn't in the room, my God where is she"? I'd probably have been screaming at the door, afraid to leave the two wee tots in case they disappeared too. Id have been hysterical. Something just didnt sit right with me from the start.

I've seen people more upset when their dog has died than the McCanns showed over Maddies disappearance. What ever happened to Maddie they are resposible for leaving those children so they could party with their friends

As a mother, I would start screaming for Madeleine as I searched the condo. Then take the twins and continue calling/searching for her.

The one thing I just cannot get over, or come anywhere near to comprehending, is that gerry and kate went for a jog a few days after maddy went missing. It would be the LAST thing on my mind. "My child is missing, anyway, wears my running shoes and shorts, lets go for a run"

I’m a mom of 5, pretty chill but one time, I lost my little boy in a park. The fear that gripped me was like no other experience of my life. I was terrified and started screaming for help and asking total strangers to help my find my boy, crying, snotting, running around like a chicken with my head cut off. . It was maybe 5 minutes but it felt like an hour. When I found him, (a lovely lady found him crying, I started bawling like a lunatic and hugging the strangers that helped me. The McCann are 100% in full knowledge of where she is. It’s crazy that a single person can believe these people. I think the lying is hard for Kate. It’s etched in to her face. I think Gerry has no problem with it. I think he made Kate medicate maddie to shut her up.

I am Portuguese, and I remember this well. I was 20 when this happened. We always thought the parents knew more than what they said... we also thought it was bizarre the way they presented themselves. No emotion whatsoever! There were so many red flags... and the way the British government interfered with our own police's investigation. Any other parents would've been found guilty of, at least, negligence, and the other 2 kids would've been taken away from them 🤷‍♀️
Also, these cases are very, very rare in Portugal. We haven't had any other case like this since, for example... and we have a high number of tourists visiting all year round. My 2 cents 🤷‍♀️

Lets say the parents have NOTHING TO DO with her kidnapping, they should get at least 3 years in prison for child endangerment, criminal negligence, child neglect for Madeline and the same for the other, younger child.

The most telling thing is that the parents weren't immediately looking for her.
Any parent would ask a friend to look after the other kids and rush out to look for the missing child.

I felt the Portuguese police had this right from the beginning but were debunked and overshadowed by British press and government.

I always thought odd that this whole mc cann group are colleagues working in the same department in the hospital, it’s very unusual they were all allowed to have leave at the same time. Also being doctors that thought it was ok to leave babies and children un supervised and not using the crèche, I thought the reason they stayed there would be because of this service. They are all suspicious to me.
