A Micro Documentary on a group I ran into at the Carlsbad BeachFest in 2012. They call themselves "The Twelve Tribes of Israel" and they are based out of Vista, California. Outside of that this is all I know of them from this gentleman.

They play on the sensibilities of people outside their movement, trying to pass as martyrs, and God's chosen people, every other religious movement being under the control of the devil. As for my experience living amongst them for quite a while over time I affirm that they, on their side, have no sensibilities towards people outside their movement. They really don't give a damn and are manipulators who practise disinformation even also to their own members to better control them. One thing they care a lot about is money. Their leader, Mister Spriggs, alias Yoneq thinks he is Elijah or some other prophet is sick now. He suffers from a sickness which makes him senile and not recognize people. I wouldn't be surprised that when he dies his close members would hide his body and say he has resurrected. They might to something like that in order to mystify and  manipulate the rest of members fore-evermore. So much can be said about them and their inconsistencies. The Twelve Tribes of Israel or however they choose to name themselves are nothing but a sectarian movement in service of mammon and they have destroyed many a family across the world. And I am certain that one day they will pay 100 times. As for now they think they are strongest and I hope justice will catch up with them.

It's very true they seem Loving on the outside, but Christ said, "you will know them by their fruit." I was there I saw the furit it's mostly good, but the real furit of Love by actually fully laying your life down as Christ commanded I did not see there YET, within a 20 year period while I was there off and on I tried to repent and gave up all my pocessions including a brand new car, and their was no mercy, so for me it's really hard to know if their the real thing yet, because Christ gave numerous commands on forgiving even saying that if one does not forgive I person trying to repent then they them self's will not be forgiven. my question is, when will the "real" believers in Yahushua (not saying that they are not) live in a Yachad like the early did. because, in the bible, they did share everything in common, they had community rule. as far as tying to keep their garments clean, and unspotted from the world, i see they are trying to be pleasing to the Father, but the leader having a disease is a bad sign to me. i went to a wedding held by them today, they were loving, and seemed to have a bit of unity, which is what we should all seek.
