Lawctopus Law School presents its first open and free session on reading case laws, differentiating between a case brief and a case comment to help young law students, lawyers & law enthusiasts learn the importance of legal writing in theory and practice, how one feeds into another, how to strike the right balance and gain a holistic view to become competent professionals.

For the purposes of this Session and in honor of Pride Month we will be deconstructing the recent Order, a masterpiece, delivered by HMJ N. Anand Venkatesh at Madras High Court that, other than epitomizing the phrase ‘Lead by example’, also carries a list of guidelines to protect the members of LGBTQIA+ Community. You are recommended to read the Order before the session.
