That's a good app for interstitial journaling but that's not how you use interstitial journaling. You have to log not just activity, you also log how it went, and if there's an action item/next item based on that. Interstitial journaling is not just a tracking of activities.

Why do you need to use an index and not just sort them by the time and date?

Also, how do you avoid not entering things less than a minute... If you stop doing something at 11:00am, the next thing is being started at 11: 00am unless you wait a minute to start.

I hate reading newsletters, I hate writing newsletters, I hate newsletters. I love the interstitial journaling technique. But are you aware that this is a method around the heart of the problem of ADHD? It creates what I call "bullet time", to create a small gap of time when the mind switches focus. With ADHD, this split-second event is a survival mechanism from childhood happening automatically while it also switches off access to the frontal lobe for a moment. Creating bullet time as a wedge in the switch moment probably takes months and would need to be accompanied by counseling. Because everything in a person's being will revolt against creating bullet time and create a wave of fear and aversion and reduction of adrenaline resulting in a sudden drop in motivation, even sudden fatigue. Because the automation wants to keep the person alive. It doesn't want the person to become aware and potentially switch off the survival mechanism, or figure it out. So with the people who would need the method the most, it won't work "out of the box". People will fail at it and then feel bad about it fro once again not being able to control the mechanism. Not sure I wanted to be so negative about it, also not sure this is being negative. It's the important reality check that is needed to make an otherwise brilliant method work in this fight against windmills for people who have problems with automated attention switches, otherwise known as ADHD.

Any update on the bug fixes you talked about? I when I made my first entry the time was set to 12:00 AM despite it being a few minutes past 8 AM. I've tried downloading the template again in the event that you did fix that, but the site is stuck at an infinite loading screen where it reads "Instructions are on their way to your inbox" (my inbox is empty btw and this is after my first download)

I've been doing this in Filemaker Pro for 27 years and you didn't get that at all. As well, that word interstitial is verbosely delinquent. Maybe "Interstition" is the word you are looking or, possibly Interstitional? Normal people call it a log.
